Last week, our team from DIL Engineering GmbH attended the LEADER NOL 2026 Nordkreis Business Day in Bersenbrück. As part of the event, we had the opportunity to visit Kunststofftechnik Borgmann GmbH and gain fascinating insights into the company, its processes, and plastics technology. The event then continued at the Kreissparkasse Bersenbrück, where the focus was on communication. In his presentation, “Communication in the Fast Lane—What Companies Can Learn from Motorsports,” Michael Schrey highlighted the parallels between motorsports and successful corporate communication and discussed the insights companies can draw from them. An engaging panel discussion and the networking session that followed rounded out the evening.
