My first contact with DIL was in 2023—that’s when I started a volunteer internship here in marketing. After that, I stayed on the team as a part-time employee while I was in school, and in 2024 I wrote my bachelor’s thesis in collaboration with DIL Engineering GmbH. After graduating, I joined the company right away as a Business Development Manager. I think it’s great that they place their trust in you here, even when you’re just starting out.
