DIL Engineering GmbH specializes in the development and manufacture of custom machinery and equipment for the food industry and related sectors. Our areas of expertise include PEF (Pulsed Electric Field) technology and extrusion equipment, such as our FiberFlow cooling nozzles, which are used in high-moisture extrusion for texturizing alternative proteins. Our range of services extends from mechanical and electrical engineering development through design to manufacturing. As part of the DIL German Institute of Food Technology e. V. and as a company certified by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) for vocational training, we maintain close ties with research institutions, industry, and the next generation of skilled professionals.
