DIL Engineering GmbH specializes in the development and manufacture of custom machinery and equipment for the food industry and related sectors. Our focus is on PEF (Pulsed Electric Field) technology and extrusion equipment such as our FiberFlow cooling dies, which is used for high-moisture extrusion to texturize alternative proteins. Our range of services extends from mechanical and electrical engineering development through design to manufacturing. As part of the DIL (German Institute for Food Technology) and as a company certified by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) for vocational training, we maintain close ties with research institutions, industry, and the next generation of skilled professionals.
