Company Outing

This year’s company outing offered the perfect opportunity to take a break from our daily work routine and combine team-building time with interesting professional insights.
After breakfast together, we split into two groups and headed to Brand Qualitätsfleisch GmbH & Co. KG in Lohne and The Family Butchers in Nortrup.

During the company tours, we gained fascinating insights into industrial food production and the on-site processes. It was particularly interesting to experience the behind-the-scenes operations and learn how organization, technology, quality assurance, and day-to-day practices all work together.
Afterward, we wrapped up the day with a barbecue together.

Such shared experiences offer a wonderful opportunity to strengthen team cohesion and to engage in conversation with one another outside the usual work environment.
