10 Years of BIQ Business and Innovation Park Quakenbrück 🎉

Yesterday, the BIQ Business and Innovation Park in Quakenbrück celebrated its tenth anniversary. Since its opening, the technology and startup center has provided young companies and entrepreneurs with a space for innovation, growth, and networking. Following opening remarks by Frank Wuller, Chairman of the BIQ Supervisory Board, Lower Saxony’s Minister of Economic Affairs Grant Hendrik Tonne, District Administrator Anna Kebschull, Joint Community Mayor Michael Bürgel, and BIQ Managing Director Franz-Georg Gramann all emphasized in their speeches the great importance of the BIQ for regional innovation and the promotion of startups.💡

Prof. Dr. Stefan Toepfl, Managing Director of our partner ELEA Technology GmbH, highlighted his company’s successful growth from its origins in the startup incubator. Dr. Volker Heinz, our Managing Director and Director of the DIL (German Institute of Food Technology e. V.), as the initiator of the BIQ, acknowledged the successes of recent years. We were very pleased to have the opportunity to introduce DIL Engineering GmbH during the event and to engage in conversation with the guests.🤝
