The DIL Engineering GmbH is partner in the European project “FOX - Food Processing in a Box”, coordinated by the German Institute of Food Technologies.
DIL Engineering is involved in the development of a small-scale preservation treatment system, i.e. we are building a mobile fruit processing unit that contains down-scaled PEF and vacuum spiral filter press technology for the use at farm or at farm-cooperative level. The target application is low oxygen juice extraction and mild-temperature preservation.
